Before calling a brief responder avoidant, separate what you observed from what you inferred. This is a reading guide, not an attachment test.
Two short replies, different context
Consider a fictional question: “Can we talk today?” A reply of “Yes” differs from “Yes, I am in a meeting; I will call at eight.” Both are short, but the second includes context and a next step. Length alone misses that distinction.
Start with observable actions
“I asked three questions and they answered the scheduling question” describes an exchange. “They fear closeness” assigns a motive. Mark answered questions, unanswered questions and proposed actions first. Include conversations that went well, not only ones that support your concern.
Turn a label into a request
If AI assigns a personality nickname, look for a supporting sentence in the source. Discard the label if you cannot find one. “Please suggest a time if you cannot talk now” gives a clearer action than “You are avoidant.”
What the tool cannot establish
Chat Analyzer does not administer attachment assessments or report diagnostic accuracy. It cannot see workplace demands, calls or private agreements. Use comments to identify questions to discuss, not to classify the person.
