A missing reply invites guesses, but an exported text file may not even show whether a message was read. Do not treat no answer and deliberate rejection as the same fact.
Check what the file contains
An export may include speakers, text and dates without preserving the app’s read indicators. Chat Analyzer does not measure read status. If AI says someone “read and ignored” a message, check whether that evidence was actually supplied.
Was a reply needed?
Silence after the fictional “Thanks, good night” differs from silence after “Can you attend tomorrow’s meeting?” Look at whether the preceding message required an answer. A completed conversation need not be read as a refusal.
If follow-up is necessary
For a decision such as booking, state the purpose and deadline clearly once: “I need confirmation tonight to reserve a table.” Set your own waiting boundary rather than repeatedly messaging to force a response.
Respect a clear boundary
A request not to make contact or an explicit refusal should be respected. AI suggesting another possibility does not override the person’s own words. Do not use the result as a reason to continue unwanted contact.
